CULTURE & TRUST CREATION THROUGH A CHANGE MANAGEMENT ENGAGEMENT

Issue

We provided support to a start up born out of a Management buy out and transitioning into a full dependent thriving organization. There were enormous cultural challenges including lack of executive trust, lack of diversity, lack of career growth, and overall employee sense of not being valued. 

Resolution

HCSC meet the organization where they are throughout the engagement term to build a foundation of trust over 4 years. HCSC started with foundational HR Support and has grown into organizational development and change management. Along the way supporting the Executive team in seeking employee buy-in and facilitating support among staff. 

Value Created

HCSC has enabled the Executive team build trust among employees, implemented a DEI Taskforce and facilitated creation of policies that support diversity. Implemented a Emerging Leader Program to help employees see and experiences career growth inside the organization.
