Julie Simmons, Managing Director

Human Capital Strategic Consulting is led by Ms. Julie Simmons.  In her role as Managing Director, Ms. Simmons works with organizations to accelerate business performance and drive superior results through the development and advancement of people.  Ms. Simmons has nearly 20 years of human resources experience meeting the needs of clients in the professional services, not-for-profit, and government contracting sectors. 

Ms. Simmons received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from George Mason University, and holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources from Marymount University.   In addition, Ms. Simmons is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, an Executive Committee Member for the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Marymount University School of Business Board of Visitors.
